SAP and digital consulting and engineering

The latest tools.
The experience to match.

Today's technology is a Formula 1 put into everyone's hands. But a race car doesn't make a driver. We have designed solutions for 26 years, and we rebuilt our whole engineering chain around these new tools: the same standards, with timelines and budgets that bear no comparison.

The gap

The consulting model hasn't moved in thirty years. The technology has.

As long as time spent is the product being sold, nobody has an incentive to go faster. The big firms know it, but decades of legacy keep them from changing. We built the opposite.

The classic model

Time spent is the product.

The delivered outcome is the product.

A heavy legacy that blocks any change of model.

Light enough to adopt what works, at once.

Teams sized in man-days.

A small team, properly equipped and augmented.

Specifications obsolete before the first screen.

A working prototype within days.

Quality shows up at the end of the project.

Quality is built at every iteration.

Skills that age between two projects.

Continuous technology watch, built into how we work.

You fund the consultant's learning curve.

You fund what goes into production.

Expertise

SAP and non-SAP, from the same hands.

Most players pick a side: SAP specialists ignore digital, digital agencies steer clear of SAP. We do both, and above all, we do what connects them.

SAP

Hands-on with SAP every day, since 2006

We design and architect, we don't just code specifications. Across the whole SAP chain, from the technical core (ABAP, CDS, RAP) to the user experience.

  • Solution design and architecture, tailored to your business
  • ABAP, CDS, RAP: developments and extensions
  • Fiori and SAPUI5: business applications, screen redesign
  • S/4HANA: migration, custom code remediation, greenfield
  • BTP, CPI, APIs: integrations and services
  • Diagnostic tooling wired straight into your SAP system
Non-SAP

And everything SAP will never do

The applications, portals and automations that surround your information system, built to modern development standards.

  • Web applications: Next.js, TypeScript, React
  • Mobile and cross-platform applications
  • Cloud, DevOps and deployment industrialisation
  • Data, dashboards and process automation
  • Applied AI for your business, from use case to production
The junction

Approaches you won't find elsewhere

The projects that stall are almost always boundary projects: an ERP that has to talk to a portal, a data object that must live in both places, a process running across four tools. We have held them together since 2006, knowing the real workings on both sides rather than improvising them. And we go where almost no one goes yet: wiring AI straight into the SAP core, turning it into diagnostics you can read on mobile, connecting worlds others keep in silos. Not boxes ticked on a brochure, but approaches that don't yet come off the shelf.

Method

Four steps. No grey areas.

At any point you know where the project stands, what is left to do and what it will cost.

  1. 01

    Frame

    Days, not weeks

We start from the business objective, not from an inherited requirements document. You leave with a defined scope, an agreed way of working and a timeline.

  2. 02

    Prototype

    Before the full commitment

You see what you are buying actually running before you fund it in full. A real, usable prototype, not a presentation mock-up.

  3. 03

    Industrialise

    In short iterations

Our internal chain builds, tests and documents continuously. This is where the speed gap is created, and this is where we look like no one else.

  4. 04

    Hand over

    Included, never an add-on

Code, documentation, architecture decisions, know-how. Your teams must be able to carry on without us. That is a success criterion, not a concession.

Why this is possible today

Technology has moved on, and with it the way work is conceived, diagnosed and produced. A large share of the intermediate effort that used to take weeks no longer earns its place. Most players bolted the new tools onto an unchanged model; we rebuilt the chain around them, which is not the same thing. Every delivery is still reviewed, tested and owned by a named engineer. The detail of that chain is what explains the speed gap: it is the one thing we don't share, and it is precisely what you are buying.

Technology watch

Always one tool ahead

The technical landscape shifts every month. A constant share of our time goes into testing what ships, measuring it on real cases and adopting whatever holds up. Your projects run on today's state of the art, not on that of three years ago.

  1. 01

    A structural investment

That time is not taken from your projects and is not billed to you: it is part of how we work. It is what lets us turn up with the right solution rather than the one we already know.

  2. 02

    Measured before it is adopted

Nothing enters our chain without being tried on concrete cases. We adopt fast, never blindly: a tool that brings no measurable gain is dropped, however much noise it makes.

  3. 03

    On both fronts

The watch covers the SAP ecosystem, where the pace of S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori and RAP releases leaves no room for lag, as much as web, cloud and data technologies. That is the condition for staying credible on both sides.

Why it's faster and cheaper

Four reasons, no magic

01

Several ways to engage

We don't sell a single format. Depending on the context, several arrangements are possible: we discuss them during framing and settle on the one that fits your need. Always on a defined scope, so you know exactly what you are buying.

02

Better than an internal hire

Don't compare us to a salary, but to the full cost of an internal position: recruitment, ramp-up, tooling, management, then the risk of losing them, all for one person and one skill set. We bring a broader skill set, productive from day one, at a full cost that still comes in below.

03

Available all year round

A commitment over time, not a position to fill. No recruitment to run, no holidays that stall a critical phase, no six months lost when the person who held the subject leaves. And everything we produce is documented as we go, so the knowledge never rests on a single head.

04

Small teams, quality up front

Fewer people, less coordination, fewer meetings. And tests, documentation and review produced alongside the code rather than pushed into a final phase: what isn't broken costs nothing to fix.

What you can count on

The questions you were about to ask

After go-live

Delivery is not the end. We stay reachable for handover, fixes and further work, without requiring a maintenance contract before you are allowed to call us.

You own it

Everything we produce belongs to you: sources, documentation, environments. No retention clauses, no proprietary component hidden inside the delivery.

Autonomous, not captive

We design so that you can carry on without us. Better still: we leave integrated, AI-powered diagnostic tools inside your system, telling you what is happening and why, without calling us for every question. A client who stays because leaving is impossible is not a satisfied client.

A craft, not a trend

The core of the company has worked in IT since 2000, and on SAP since 2006. We were not born with the latest wave: this is twenty years of practice that the new tools sharpen further, not a veneer over nothing.

Frequently asked

What people ask before signing

Concretely, how are you two to three times faster?

By removing what produces no value: specification round-trips, the duplicated effort between analysis and code, late testing phases. Our engineering chain automates most of that intermediate work and keeps our engineers on the decisions that matter. The detail of that chain is our competitive advantage, so we demonstrate it on your project rather than describe it.

What engagement arrangements do you offer?

Several arrangements are possible depending on the context. We discuss them during framing and settle on the one that fits the need, always on a defined scope. The right comparison is not a daily rate, it is the full cost of an in-house hire: loaded salary, recruitment, ramp-up, tooling, absences and replacement. In the end it is a better answer than an internal hire: more available, better guaranteed over time, and cheaper.

How do you stay technically up to date?

Through a permanent technology watch that is part of our organisation and is not billed to our clients. We test what ships, measure it on real cases and only adopt what brings a verifiable gain. That holds on the SAP side, where the pace of S/4HANA and BTP releases punishes any lag, as much as on web, cloud and data technologies.

If you go faster, doesn't quality suffer?

It is the first thing we check, and it is exactly why the chain matters more than the tools. Nothing reaches your environment without human review, automated tests and functional validation. Our quality bar is that of a software vendor, not a prototype. We share those criteria during framing and you are free to audit them.

SAP and non-SAP, isn't that too broad?

It is not a recent stance: we have done SAP and non-SAP for twenty years, not since yesterday. It would be too broad for a team that had to relearn everything on every project; it is not, when the method and the tooling are the same on both sides and only the target technology changes. That is precisely what lets us handle boundary projects, where most providers stop.

Can you work with my teams or my existing integrator?

Yes, and we often do. We take on full responsibility as readily as we reinforce an existing setup, including alongside an incumbent integrator. We adapt to your transport, validation and go-live processes.

Next step

A project, an estimate, or just a doubt?

The first conversation is short and free: you set out the need, we say whether we are the right partner, including when the answer is no.
